Court-ordered supervised visitation

A Judge may direct a family to have supervised visits with certain stipulations before they decide on their next course of action. These supervised visits are arranged with both parties, after each supervised visitation a report is generated that goes to the referring family court office and the designated family attorneys. These reports give the Judge a non-bias view of the family dynamics and how it effects the children involved.

In some cases, the Judge may ask for certain family members to seek induvial or family therapy and attend supervised visitations sessions. These are two different services but can easily be arranged to work within the family needs..

At Today's Youth, LLC we accept many types of court-ordered referrals for family cases that involves child custody. Our supervised visitation monitors along with a licensed clinician go through all the procedures to make sure that the court orders are met properly.
